How to connect to SITS

At this stage you have already successfully registered your centre in ESO Angels Awards Database. In your centre's Dashboard you will find an Angels centre code that was generated after successful registration. Use that code in SITS to connect the two platforms. These are the steps:

1. If your centre is not registered in SITS since before, go to https://sitsinternational.org/about/membership/, press apply to register your centre and fill out the followed application form. Centre applications are normally reviewed and approved in a few days
2. Regardless if your centre is newly or previously registered in SITS, proceed by logging in to the SITS database at https://db.sitsinternational.org/
3. In the database, under TOOLS section, click the menu option Join ESO Angels Excellence Award
4. On the following page press the link Continue to Connect page
5. Authorise the connection by filling in your login details for this website as well as the Angels centre code
6. Done, now you can start record patient data in SITS registry

If you have chosen to use RES-Q for data collection as well, you can make that connection Q2/Q3 2017, but already after a successful registration in RES-Q you can start entering patient data . Read more at How to connect to RES-Q.
